Condensed water on the air or gas pipe gather on the lowest part of line and this become a hindrance of air or gas flow transportation. Moreover, this will cause a corrosion of equipment or pipe.  To solve these problems, separator or air trap can be installed.

JKD-AT SERIES air trap are designed for 33kgf/㎤{33MPa} and can be used for gas. The disk is made of stainless steel and maintains air tight without condensed water inflow in trap and no gas leakage. For installation, install strainer before the trap (for JKD-AT1).  To prevent mal-function by air locking, please install balance pipe.
